# Prediction

Trade views on sports, esports, and other event-based outcomes on TurboFlow.

### Overview

TurboFlow Prediction allows users to take a view on the outcomes of real-world and competitive events.

Instead of trading the price movement of an asset, users participate by choosing an outcome for a supported event or market. Available markets may cover individual matches, tournament results, qualification outcomes, and other event-based scenarios.

Markets and available selections vary by event and are displayed directly in the live TurboFlow interface.

### Available Categories

TurboFlow Prediction supports a growing range of sports and esports markets.

Current categories may include:

* Football
* League of Legends (LoL)
* Formula 1 (F1)
* Dota 2
* Basketball

New categories, competitions, and events may be added over time.

### Market Information

Before entering a Prediction market, users should review the information displayed for that specific event.

Depending on the market, this may include:

* event or competition
* scheduled event time
* available outcomes
* current market pricing
* handicap or other market-specific conditions
* market status

Because Prediction markets are tied to individual events, available markets and conditions may change as events approach or conclude.

### Settlement

Prediction positions are settled based on the final outcome of the relevant market.

Each market may have its own settlement conditions depending on the event type and the outcome being traded.

Users should review the applicable market information and rules before entering a position.
