</details>

<details>

<summary>Why hasn’t my deposit or withdrawal arrived?</summary>

Due to the uncertainty of on-chain conditions, deposits or withdrawals may occasionally take longer than usual. Under normal conditions, most transactions are completed within a few minutes. If your transaction remains delayed for an extended period, please contact official support.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What wallet solution does TurboFlow use?</summary>

TurboFlow currently uses **Privy** as part of its wallet access and account experience. In simple terms, after a user registers or logs in, the system can generate and bind a usable wallet address to the account. This allows users to start depositing, trading, and withdrawing without needing to prepare a complex wallet setup in advance.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What time zone is used for registration time on TurboFlow?</summary>

TurboFlow currently displays registration time in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). If you would like to convert it to another local time zone, please adjust it based on the UTC time shown. For example, Beijing time is UTC+8.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why can’t I log in?</summary>

If you’re unable to log in, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, disabling any network proxy, or reopening the app or webpage. App users may also try reinstalling the app. If the issue continues, please contact [official support](https://t.me/turboflow_xyz).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why does TurboFlow sometimes feel laggy?</summary>

If you experience lag during use, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, disabling any network proxy, or reopening the app or webpage. App users may also try reinstalling the app, and restarting the device if it is overheating. If the issue continues, please contact official support.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why does order confirmation sometimes feel delayed?</summary>

All trades on TurboFlow require on-chain confirmation.

Under normal conditions, order confirmation may involve a delay of around 300–500 milliseconds, which is considered expected behavior for the platform. If delays appear significantly longer than usual, users should first check whether their local network connection is stable before retrying.

</details>

<details>

### Event Contracts

<details>

<summary>What are Event Contracts?</summary>

[Event Contracts](/whitepaper/turboflow/products/event-contracts.md) are TurboFlow’s short-cycle, event-based trading products.

They allow users to choose a market, select a contract duration, and take a direction — **Higher** or **Lower** — with settlement taking place at the end of a fixed time window.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens if an Event Contract settles flat?</summary>

If the settlement result is unchanged under platform rules, the principal is returned.

Users should always refer to the live product interface and official rules for the latest settlement behavior.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Where do Enter Price and Exit Price come from?</summary>

Event Contracts Settlement pricing is determined through TurboFlow’s oracle-based pricing system.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How is the return rate determined?</summary>

TurboFlow’s Event Contract return rate is dynamically quoted based on real-time market conditions, rather than being fixed by the platform. As pricing and market participation change, the return rate may also adjust in real time. This is designed to better reflect live market conditions and provide more competitive pricing to users.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I hold Event Contracts across different durations at the same time?</summary>

Yes. Users may participate in Event Contracts across multiple durations at the same time, provided that both the relevant duration-level limits and the overall platform-level limit are respected. All unsettled positions together must remain within the currently applicable limits shown on the platform.

# Agent Instructions
This documentation is published with GitBook. GitBook is the documentation platform designed so that both humans and AI agents can read, navigate, and reason over technical content effectively. Learn more at gitbook.com.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://turboflow.gitbook.io/whitepaper/turboflow/resources/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
